What does a Scottish tourist guide do in lockdown without visitors? ……..interesting question!
what indeed……

We are having glorious Spring weather, warm ( relative I know!) temperatures during the day and low temperatures overnight, spring flowers are blooming, the garden birds ie finches, tits, robins, thrush, blackbirds to name a few are building nests, feeding,  squabbling and singing, farmers are working long hours to sow their crops such as barley, wheat, oats, potatoes, etc to feed the nation.
I am fortunate to live in a wee village in Perthshire, this rural area has lovely walks, and as one of my favourite things to do is take photos I’ve  ample opportunity at the moment.

I am taking time to review all the photos I have taken on my travels around the country and Northumberland, & sharing them on social media, take a look at the Gallery, there’s many different areas to marvel at the scenery!

I’ve received lovely messages from visitors who I’ve travelled with over the years, checking in to enquire if I’m doing ok in lockdown……..always wonderful to hear from visitors, many who’ve become friends and return to enjoy tootling around the beautiful countryside with me……..I must admit I am missing that!

Stay safe folks, as the saying goes “absence makes the heart grow fonder”!
